The Young Professionals Mentoring Program (YMP) is a faith-based leadership program designed to empower young professionals in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area through mentorship. The program helps participants to develop concrete vision for their lives and equips participants with soft skills to actualize their goals. Such skills include time management, the art of networking, personal mastery, money management and relationship building.  

The program also connects fellows (graduate or entry-level professionals) to mentors (accomplished mid-level and senior-level managers and executives) who develop relationships that are instrumental in helping the fellows succeed both in their personal and professional endeavors. YMP is committed to raising well-rounded leaders, giving them the best chance of making a maximum impact on their peers, communities, the nation, and world at-large.

JOINING THE PROGRAM  

Fellows:	Entry-level or mid-level professionals and graduate students interested in harnessing their leadership prowess.
Mentors:	Seasoned professionals and leaders in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area who are Christians.
Criteria:	A fellow must have leadership potential/experience and accomplishments, is interested in community involvement, and has commitment to personal growth.
Duration:	One-year mentoring and leadership program.
