The Daniel Leadership Institute (DLI) is excited to introduce the Global Leadership Program (GLP). The GLP is a leadership program that provides select alumni from the Young Professional Mentoring Program an opportunity to be mentored by Global Leaders who are chief executives of credible and blue-chip organizations and very senior public officials for a six months period.

The objective is to support alumni in their transformative leadership journey by building on their prior experience with an opportunity to be groomed by world class leaders who will provide wisdom and direction, share best practices, key success factors, and access to their network. The GLP fellows will build a strong relationship with their mentors; to acquire new skills, confidence and drive to optimize their potentials; and to develop personal vision and goal setting for career and individual development.

The GLP fellows will be selected through a highly competitive process that will enroll few participants every year. The GLP Program will be launched in November and officially commence in January 2018 with a few participants selected from alumni of Young Professionals Mentoring Program (YMP). The GLP is specifically targeted at outstanding YMP alumni who have proven themselves in their careers as potential leaders and change agents.
