There are three flagship programs under DLI: The Mentoring Program made up of Young Professionals Mentoring Program (YMP) and Teenage Mentoring Program (TMP), the Executive Leadership Program (ELP), and the Community Leadership Program (CLP).

1. YMP educates and equips young professionals through its one year leadership program.
2. TMP mentors and equips teenagers through its one year mentoring program.
3. ELP caters to the leadership needs of Christian organizations with the overall objective of equipping and empowering them with the required leadership knowledge, skills, and tools needed to be successful.
4. CLP is an avenue for DLI to positively impact its immediate community and the broader faith community by equipping emerging leaders with vital leadership skills to create social change through various programs and activities.
